  1. Are the spam messages automatically deleted from the spam folder?
    By default, the auto-delete feature on Andromeda and Pegasus is set to delete messages in your spam folder older then fourteen days. You can adjust that setting by directing your browser to

    No, the configurations are not global.  You will need to configurations each system separately.

    No, there are no imposed limits.

  13. What are the default Tag levels?
    The default tag level is set to 5.5.


  14. What is a Kill Level?
    Each email is scanned and based upon know spam characteristics given a spam score. A message's total spam score is compared to a threshold value or kill level. If the message's value is at or above the threshold, the message is delivered to the spam folder.

    A policy is a set of rules to determine how to handle mail that has been
    tagged as spam.



  16. What is a Tag Level?
    A tag level is the numerical value scored to identify an email as spam.
    This value is added to the original email header and determines if the message will be sent to the spam folder or the Inbox.

    Blacklisting, is a list of email addresses or domain names you specify that will be sent directly to your spam folder.
