If you are
using email client (Outlook, Netscape, Eudora, Mac, etc.) Please refer to the
following link for step by step instructions

If you're
using webmail - log in to webmail, click on OPTIONS, Folder Preferences: under
Special Folder Options, make sure that sent folder: corresponds with sent
in drop box menu.
