Yes, you can make a rule as specific or general as you require. To create or add a whitelist/blacklist log into webmail at https://webmail.newark.rutgers.edu and follow the instructions below
1) Click Options from the upper most menu.
2) From the right hand column click SpamAssassin Configuration
3) Enter the complete address to be whitelisted(not filtered) or blacklisted(filtered) into the fill box labeled Address
4) Use the drop down menu to select Whitelist or Blacklist from the Type item.
5) Click Add New Address
6) Sign off
