In Webmail locate Folders on the menu bar. In the Unsubscribe/Subscribe section highlight the spam folder and click the subscribe button. To refresh
your mailbox, from the left hand column , click (Check mail) link under Folders After your mailbox has been refreshed you will see the spam folder.
