When you select OK to print, a dialogue box will appear with a
selection of printers. All of the printers in the labs are assigned an
ID based on the building, its location/lab and a unique letter/number.
For example: One of the printers in the Dana Reference LAB has the ID
‘DANAREF’. All of the printers have signs indicating their ID.
