Why can't I see my current classes on blackboard?

When you log in to blackboard, on the top right corner of My Courses pencil icon, where you can customize the display of your courses. Several reasons why your course may not be available are
window, please click on the little

  • Ensure that you are properly enrolled  in the course.
  • Many instructors elect to keep their course unavailable while its "under construction".
  • Not all instructors elect to use blackboard
  • The course content is displayed  for a limited time. This is typically the length of a semester.

Please speak to your instructor to determine the course's blackboard status if  your name appears on the course rooster. If you have verified everything and still do not see the course, please contact the Help Desk at 973 353 5083 or help@newark.rutgers.edu
