Windows
System Restore can sometimes cause these issues with virus scanners; certain
files are locked under system restore and will be unable to be scanned by the
software. Files may also be unable to be deleted. The best practice is to turn
off Windows System Restore prior to running the virus scan portion of
Rucompliant. System Restore should be turned back on once you have passed
Rucompliant.
