Log in to the admin pages. Click on the "Membership Management" link. Click the "Mass Subscription” link and enter in the email addresses of the people you want to subscribe. Click on the "Submit your changes" button and they will be subscribed.

NOTE: Mailman can also add the users real name to the database. If you have a user named John Doe with the email johndoe@andromeda.rutgers.edu, you can enter their email address and name like this:

johndoe@andromeda.rutgers.edu (John Doe)

If the users real name is not in parentheses mailman will assume that the real name is part of the email address and it will add the email as johndoe@andromeda.rutgers.edujohndoe.
