Yes.  You can choose between filtering at the preset threshold (currently
5.5 hits) or you can set your own threshold.

  1. First, login to the Mailman web administration interface for your list.
  2. Click on Privacy options... which will drop down more choices.
  3. Click on Spam filters
  4. Locate the Spam Filter Regexp text box, under Spam Filter Rule 1
  5. If you want to filter at the default threshold, go to step 6.  If you want to filter at a custom threshold, go to step 7.
  6. Copy and paste this into the box:  x-spam-status: yes
Ensure that there is only one space between the colon and the "Y" in "yes."
    Go to step 8.
  7. To set your own threshold, you will need to copy and paste this into the box:  x-spam-level: \*
Ensure that there is only one space between the colon and the first backslash.
Now add a backslash-star for each hit you want to count, I.e. to catch spam with 3 or more hits you would end up with this: x-spam-level: \*\*\*
  8. Set the Action to be Discard, Reject, or Defer based on your preference.
  9. Roll down to the bottom of the page and click Submit Your Changes
Any new messages coming to the list will bypass the moderator and the action you selected above will be taken automatically.

Be aware that if spam comes from a list member's address, it will be posted to the list as usual and will bypass this setting.
