The above message is automatically emailed to you as your account nears its quota limit. Your quota is the amount of storage space you have been allocated. As you near your quota threshold you will receive messages alerting you of your usage and asking you to take preventative measures to avoid reaching your quota limit. Everything stored in your account counts toward that limit. This includes e-mail, web pages, and any other types of files.

Fixing your quota problem often is as simple as logging in to your email program and deleting email. Emails which contain attachments use a significant amount of space. If you wait too long to correct your quota problem, you may be unable to receive new email.

A copy of every email you send is stored in your Sent folder. Over time this collection will significantly contribute to your quota usage. Click on the Sent folder and remove as many emails as you can to help resolve the problem. Two other folders which frequently contribute to quota problems are Trash and spam. Please examine each and remove emails.
